Soap and water for regular cleaning. For tougher spots, Kleopatra recommends Mr. Clean Magic Eraser sponges and Bar Keepers Friend Soft Cleanser, the two products quartz companies have recommended for years.
John Bujak: Kleopatra, now that we have the quartz installed, what is the proper care going to be for the homeowner?
Kleopatra: For quartz, they're just going to do soap and water for regular cleaning. You could always use Mr. Clean, the little soap sponges they have, which is super cool, and then Bar Keepers Friend, the soft solution. Those are going to be your go-tos. I really like Bar Keepers Friend. I think it just does the job it needs to be doing.
John Bujak: Bar Keepers Friend? I've never heard of that.
Kleopatra: Those are the two products every quartz company has always recommended to tell our clients.

Warm water and mild dish soap on a soft cloth. Quartz is non-porous, so it never needs sealing.
A Mr. Clean Magic Eraser sponge or Bar Keepers Friend Soft Cleanser (the liquid version) used gently, then rinsed and dried.
Quartz contains resin that can scorch under direct high heat. Always put hot pans on a trivet. Compare materials in our marble vs. granite vs. quartz answer.
