These Terms and Conditions govern your use of expressgranite.net (the “Site”), operated by Marble and Granite Express (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our services, explore our countertop visualizers, and request estimates. You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in ways other than through the interfaces we provide.
Estimates and Quotes
Submitting a request through the Site does not create a contract. Any prices, estimates, or quotes are preliminary until confirmed in writing after we measure and template your space. Final pricing depends on actual measurements, the material selected, edge profiles, cutouts, and site conditions. The terms of any project are set out in the written agreement or invoice for that job.
Visualizers and Product Images
Our visualizer tools, photos, and color samples are for illustration only. Granite, marble, and other natural stone vary in color, pattern, veining, and texture from slab to slab, and screens display colors differently. We encourage you to view actual slabs before making a final selection.
Text Messaging Terms (SMS)
Program description. By checking the consent box on our estimate form or otherwise opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Marble and Granite Express about your estimate, appointments, project updates, account notifications, and, where you have agreed, special offers.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, photos, graphics, and logos, belongs to Marble and Granite Express or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission. Third-party visualizer tools are provided by and remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may contain links to or embed tools from third parties, such as Google, Facebook, and countertop visualizer providers. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties, express or implied, that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its information is complete. Warranties for our products and installation work are provided only in your written project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marble and Granite Express is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
